Privacy policy

What we keep, and why:

• Account: your email (to sign you in with a code), and the name, mobile, state and GSTIN you enter (for GST invoices).
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. Card / UPI / bank details go to Razorpay, never to us; we keep the order and payment IDs, amount and date.
• Your ARUTHIQ copy: the broker access details and settings you enter are stored only in your own copy on our server, used only to fetch your market data, and never shown to anyone else.
• Logs: sign-in times and basic technical logs, to keep the service safe.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with Razorpay (payments), our email provider (to send you codes and receipts) and our hosting provider in India, or when the law requires.

You can ask us to correct or delete your data at jayesh.nadar@gmail.com. Invoices must be kept for the period the tax law requires.
