ARUTHIQ is provided by JKN Enterprises. By using it you agree to these terms.

What ARUTHIQ is

ARUTHIQ is market analytics software: it shows option-chain data, Greeks, open-interest changes, alerts and history that you choose to look at. It does not give investment advice, research recommendations or tips, does not manage money, and does not place real orders for you. JKN Enterprises is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. All trading decisions are yours. Trading in derivatives is risky and most individual traders lose money.

Your broker account

Market data reaches your copy of ARUTHIQ through your own broker account (for example Dhan), using access details you enter yourself. You are responsible for your broker account and for following your broker's and the exchanges' rules. Data can be delayed, missing or wrong; do not rely on it alone.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year (prices include GST). There is no automatic renewal — your plan ends on the date shown in your account unless you renew. Features of each plan are listed on the pricing page and may improve over time.

Fair use

One account is for one person. Do not share access, copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, JKN Enterprises is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect loss; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. Indian law applies; courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
