Cancellation & refunds

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew.

First purchase: if ARUTHIQ is not for you, write to jayesh.nadar@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full to the original payment method (Razorpay usually takes 5–7 working days).

After that, payments are not refundable for the unused part of a period, except where the service was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side — then we extend your plan or refund the affected days.

Switching from Basic to Pro starts the new plan at once and turns the unused value of Basic into extra days.
